1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

  • The item was purchased directly from https://easyonline.maharatnet.ae.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • All original labels, tags, and accessories are included.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Items marked as non-returnable or final sale.
  • Digital products, services, or subscriptions once delivered.
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.

2. Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model (if applicable):

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The new item will be sent after we receive and inspect the returned one.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the replacement item is unavailable, you may choose a refund or store credit.

3. Return Process

  2. Return Approval
    Our team will review your request and provide return instructions along with the return address.
  3. Ship the Item
    • You are responsible for the shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
    • Please use a reliable courier service and retain the tracking number until your return is processed.
  4. Inspection & Confirmation
    Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status within 3–5 business days.

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Shipping charges and cash-on-delivery fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include clear photos and your order details in your email.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipment by contacting us immediately.
  • Once shipped, the order will be processed under the Returns Policy instead.
